Privacy: what we collect and what we do with it
The short version: we collect only what you send us through the quote form or by email, we use it only to answer you, and we don't track you or sell anything to anyone.

What we collect
When you use the quote form, we receive what you type: your name, work email, company or agency, what you need and the standard your buyer cites, plus anything optional you add, such as a website address, a deadline or details. When you email us, we receive your message and your email address.
That's all. There are no accounts, no cookies and no analytics that identify you. If we ever add analytics, it will be a tool that doesn't use cookies or identify individuals, and we will list it here first.
How we use it
Only to answer your request, write a quote and do the work you hire us for. We won't add you to a mailing list or call you unless you ask.
Who can see it
Ryan Makatura, who runs SiteAligned. Three companies handle it on our behalf: Cloudflare, which hosts this site and passes the form along without storing it; Resend, which delivers the form to our inbox; and Google Workspace, which hosts our email. We don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Requests that don't turn into a project are deleted after 2 years. For clients, we keep project records for 7 years for tax and contract purposes.
Client test data
When you hire us, test accounts, builds and anything we see in your product are covered by our agreement, and we will sign your NDA. We delete test credentials when the project ends.
